This cleaning should be selected if your home has been lived in and has never been professionally serviced. This service is also for homes that have not been serviced within the last three months. Due to the nature of this cleaning, products used may not be rated as “Green Friendly.” Clients should expect 4.0 – 7.0 hours of cleaning when booking this service. This time estimation is based on scope of work to be performed, condition and square footage of home.
